5 Dreamy YouTuber Weddings

You know who’s really great at pulling off a fabulous wedding? YouTubers. When it comes to creativity and style, YouTuber weddings are where it’s at. These five weddings from YouTube famous couples are guaranteed to melt your little heart, and give you some great inspiration for your own wedding day.

Kane and Pia

Sydney-based travel YouTubers, Kane Vato and Pia Muehlenbeck, took their reputation for being style gurus to a whole new level with their wedding in Byron Bay. Their guests (who were most certainly made up of all the beautiful people!) came from far and wide, and abided by the couple’s attire colour palette dress code of whites and neutrals. This made for a visually striking group indeed!

Highlights include Pia’s incredible dress with the puffiest of sleeves, and a sunflower field photo shoot. Extra cool detail that, as a feminist, I am so on board with – Kane took Pia’s surname. Congratulations Mrs & Mr Muehlenbeck!

If you love travel, Kane and Pia’s YouTube channel will give you life. Right now, due to Covid, they have embarked on a Big Aussie Adventure road trip. Definitely worth a watch of this cute couple.

Safiya & Tyler

Safiya Nygaard has a well-honed aesthetic. I’d call it witchy-chic. Think alabaster skin with winged liner and a red lip, medieval bat wing sleeves, lots of black dresses. It’s so far removed from my own style, yet I live for it every time I watch her videos.

Safiya and her now husband, Tyler, create the coolest videos that largely centre around Safiya experimenting with things like ordering a $30 wedding dress from sites we all want to try, but don’t have the guts to. Or pulverising 40-plus Lush Bath Bombs and combining them all to make one ultimate bath bomb. It’s just very entertaining, and very detail-oriented.

Suffice to say, I knew they would have a super cool wedding that was all about the details. Friends, I was not wrong. Their wedding orbited around a nighttime theme with stars and moons, and some subtle… not-so-subtle… witchy elements. Highlights include the stuh-hunning ceremony hall complete with dark cloud backdrop and fairy lights, Safiya’s change into her black reception dress, and the vintage moon and night sky illustration photo booth. The part that really had me whooping and clapping was their perfect re-enactment of The Addams Family parents’ tango. Just… beyond any first dance I’ve ever seen.

Jess & Steve

Australian travel YouTubers, Jessica and Stephen Parry-Valentine, were married in Greece with an intimate group of their family and friends back in 2017. They vlogged their wedding day themselves, which they dedicated to their future children. It’s really very sweet – their whole family was in on it, speaking directly to the camera addressing this future would-be offspring.

Fast forward to 2020, and they now have said child in the form of their first-born baby girl, Hunter. Home in Western Australia, they’re now starting to travel with their baby, taking small trips in their home state since borders are closed. Definitely worth checking them out. Their films are top shelf in terms of production and quality, and Jess and Steve are just the sweetest couple.

Jess & Gabriel

Back in 2017, we published Jess & Gabriel’s wedding in our Autumn magazine, as it took place right here on the Sunshine Coast! The couple had an inter-continental relationship with Jess being Australian and Gabriel hailing from the US of A. Their wedding day was a little rainy, but it didn’t stop them celebrating at purpose-built hinterland wedding venue, Weddings at Tiffany’s.

Their YouTube channel is basically #couplegoals, following their lives as a young married couple living in Los Angeles.

Gigi + Nats

This one is worth watching for the location alone. The beachside California resort has that grandiose vibe, and the styling follows with some seriously impressive floral installations. This wedding has all the trimmings, and some of the most beautiful words spoken between the couple in their vows. Guaranteed to bring a tear your eye!

Gigi Gorgeous (Lazzarato) is an actress, socialite, and model, who shares every intimate detail of her journey and transition from Gregory to Gigi. She is so very generous with her story and experiences – and a lot of fun.
