Here lies a feast of literal proportions, as well as one to satisfy visually. The colourful Mediterranean-ispired spread by Journey Street Food was designed for an engagement celebration. A celebratory colour palette was enhanced with flowers by Heavenly Blooms and a relaxed backyard setting, transformed for the twilight feast.
Journey Street Food prepared a veritable feast of Spinach and Feta Boreks (flaky filo pastry fingers filled with spinach, feta and fresh herbs), Chermoula Prawns, Crispy Calamari, Stuffed Turkish Peppers, flat breads, Turkish rice and colourful fresh salads. These delish dishes and more are all available from their Mediterranean catering menu.
