After a laughter-filled ceremony at Maison La Plage at Noosa Main Beach, Alicia and Simon took their 85 guests to Noosa Boathouse for dinner, dancing and cupcakes. It was the Noosa destination wedding of their dreams.
Destination Noosa
“We really wanted a beach wedding, we originally looked into Fiji and Hamilton Island, but after considering everyone else and the expense they would have to pay to attend, we decided on Noosa. It has something for everyone. Noosa Boathouse was the perfect venue, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the views from the River Room (especially at sunset) are unbelievable.
“We really focused on our friends and family having the best time possible. We wanted the day to be relaxed and fun for all. Especially because it was a destination wedding and everyone had traveled so far to attend.”
Standout Suppliers
“Everyone was so fantastic on the day, we couldn’t have asked for more. The real stand outs would be Lee Burgess from Life and Love Photography, who just made the day even more enjoyable and Emily Marguerite really set the mood with her fantastic voice. Everyone didn’t leave the dance floor.”

Let them eat cupcakes!
“We are both not big cake fans at weddings, they look amazing but we both felt it wasn’t something we needed to splash out on. We decided to have cupcakes for everyone which looked incredible & everyone loved them!”
BFFs
“We are best friends and have so much fun together. We simply could not imagine spending the rest of our lives without each other.”
Our Next Adventure
“Well, we moved very quickly and are now living and working in the Caribbean, so that’s extremely exciting for us.”
