From the central highlands region of Queensland, Felicia and Blake planned their destination country Sunshine Coast wedding. Having first met almost while playing a family horse sport, Polocrosse, it wasn’t until Felicia started working on Blake’s parents cattle station four years ago that their relationship flourished.
They spend around nine months planning their destination wedding, which had a quaint charm about it with a natural setting. First impressions last, as they say, and it was clear from the beginning Yandina Station was their dream wedding location.
Under the magnificent fig tree, the cute couple said their vows, surrounded by 122 of their nearest and dearest. Adding a special touch to the ceremony, they displayed the wedding portraits of Blake’s grandparents and Felicia’s great-grandparents, which was a beautiful way to have their passed loved ones share in their special day.
Crazy beautiful images by White Images.
“The very best thing (about our wedding day) was no doubt marrying the man of my dreams under the big, beautiful old fig tree with all our wonderful family and friends there to celebrate with.”“Involving everyone was a challenge as we both have such big beautiful families. We however were honoured to have our mothers as witnesses, our sisters as ring bearers and my two little sisters as flower girls.” “There aren’t enough words to express just how happy we are with our superstar photographers and videographer, Chloe and Renee from White Images and our lovely videographer, Maddie from Mad Rose Films. They truly know their stuff and are so fun to work with.”
“The day was everything we could of (sic) ever wished for.”
“We are the best of friends and have a lot of fun together.”
