When Aussie girl, Kirsten, met British lad, Tom, on a trip to Whistler, Canada, they never imagined their chance meeting would result in their destination wedding on the beautiful Sunshine Coast at stunning ceremony and reception venue, Weddings at Tiffany’s.
The Brisbane couple absolutely fell in love with the venue at first sight, and knew this particular location in the heart of Maleny would wow their guests travelling from the UK to share in their special day.
Kirsten wore a positively toothsome non-traditional floral printed gown, and allowed her bridesmaids to choose their own mis-matched dresses, which looked absolutely fantastic together.
The wedding itself was heartening and loads of fun, from the vows they wrote themselves to the bridal party shenanigans on their Kombi ride around Maleny to dancing up a storm at the reception. Make sure you watch the short 10-minute film by BXCSMXTH at the bottom of this article – it’s so darn great, I can’t even come up with a word to describe it.

“My mum and sister came dress shopping with me and I took Tom’s mum and one of his sisters to my final dress fitting after they arrived in Australia from England.”

Also – get a photographer who is fun and feels like a friend and videographer who can capture the stuff you miss – the day simply flies by.”

Biggest splurge: Definitely out venue package – we went for Tiffany’ Signature package because we wanted to spoil our guests and have a huge party!
Best bargain: The bridesmaid dresses which were really reasonably priced, the Kombis (they are so much fun and were worth every cent!)
