The countdown to Christmas is on, and us girls at The Bride's Tree HQ are jumping-out-of-our-skin excited! We are very much Christmas enthusiasts, loving the season to be jolly to little bits and pieces!  It's been a week choc-a-block full of Christmas parties, Christmas shopping, Christmas carols, and taste-testing all the Christmassy goodness we and others have baked. In-between all of that, we have been working hard on our upcoming magazine, due out in January, and bringing you loads of awesome wedding inspiration.  On Monday we told you where to find a cute wedding decoration that combines two of the…

Photo of the Week

Today will be our last Photo of the Week for the year, and it is oh-my-goodness divine! Alan Hughes Photography has hit us once again with all kinds of awesome. This photo was taken on a rainy afternoon at a Noosa wedding, just proving that rain on your wedding day is far from the end of the world. If it weren’t for this shower, this couple would not have such an incredibly stunning image. Oh okay, well yes it is photographer Alan Hughes we are talking about, so they would have had something equally as stunning without a doubt, but the…

Montville in the Sunshine Coast hinterland is one of the most romantic spots to be married, and boasts some of the most incredible wedding reception venues on the Sunshine Coast. Photo of the Week

14th December 2012

Special moments shared on a Sunshine Coast wedding day. That's what we love more than anything! Seriously, more than the pretty decorations, the food, the gifts, that amazing dress you will undoubtedly wear, the most treasured moments will be those that happen spontaneously. Without planning or practicing. That's why we love, love, BIG love photographers like Jennifer Oliphant, who make sure they capture those moments that will forever be remembered.  In years to come, Kaye and Jonathon will be able to share with their family exactly what it was that cracked them up right after they said their I Dos,…
